Katherine is having a ball in Kindergarten. She is helpful and
loves to do chores - especially dishwashing!! Her favorite game is
to play act as some sort of animal (usually horse) and tear around the
house. She is also becoming quite the artist and draws daily!! |

Emily is in third grade now and is our constant Honor Roll girl...
good conduct, good grades... almost too good to be true. Emily is
truly horse crazy. This year she is getting a BIG aquarium for
Christmas and will have to wait at least one more year before starting
riding lessons. She is a killer Rogue in Diablo (for you netheads
out there :)) |

Nicholas is in fifth grade and his hands are almost as big as mine
already!!! He played soccer for the school this year and helped
them to a fifth place showing in the State Tournament!!! He is
tolerant of school and lives to play on the computer. Grrrr.... :) |
 |
Christopher is in tenth grade and has been moved to starting goalie
position on the varsity soccer team. The team only won two games
before, and with him in goal... they are 17-1!!!! I make sure and
practice with him to keep him humble though :)) |

Valerie is still working for St. Thomas' and is becoming a wizard on
the computer!! She is even more tolerant of the kids and I playing
in the evenings... She has yet to brave any of our RPG games though...
No time for soccer during the school year, but she vows to get back to
it this summer! |

I took part in my bike relay trip this summer to Fairbanks,
Alaska. The wildlife was incredible and some good friends were
made. I even got to see the Womens' World Cup in the middle of
Canadian wilderness at the only sportsbar within 300 miles!!! I am
still playing goalie on a men's team and having a ball. Workwise,
I just went dayshift and am striving to make the adjustment... kinda
hard to slow down... hehehe. |

Josh is hanging in there. He loves his couch and to go riding in
the car. Other than that, we try not to stress him too much.
His latest wierdness is a fondness for grapes... butter or grapes left
within reach can be written off!!! At least he has the decency to
look guilty! |
